Delegate Akers moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

H. B. 2360 -- “A Bill to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding thereto a new section, designated §61-11-27, relating to the definition of law-enforcement officers; clarifying that term includes chief executives, law-enforcement officials, and pre-certified law-enforcement officers for certain criminal offenses; and creating criminal penalties.”
